1 Organizator i tło projektu
1.1. Strona periodprojectquiz.com oraz udostępniany na niej quiz edukacyjny są projektem Koła Naukowego Zarządzania Projektami Społecznymi (ZPS) działającego na Wydziale Nauk Społecznych Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego, które pełni rolę właściciela i administratora projektu.
1.2. Quiz został opracowany w ramach przedsięwzięcia projektu „PERIOD.”, którego celem jest rozmowa o zdrowiu, równości i codziennych doświadczeniach osób menstruujących.
1.3. W ramach realizacji projektu właścicielem Quizu oraz serwisu periodprojectquiz.com jest Koło Naukowe ZPS, które zarządza projektem oraz jego publikacją w serwisie.
2 Zakres działania
2.1. Quiz ma charakter wyłącznie informacyjny oraz edukacyjny.
2.2. Udział w Quizie nie wiąże się z możliwością wygrania nagrody, uzyskania korzyści finansowej ani udziału w konkursie – Quiz nie ma charakteru losowania, loterii ani gry hazardowej.
2.3. Serwis ma charakter edukacyjny i niekomercyjny.
3 Warunki korzystania
3.1. Korzystanie z Quizu oznacza akceptację niniejszego Regulaminu.
3.2. Użytkownik zobowiązuje się do korzystania z Quizu zgodnie z jego przeznaczeniem oraz zasadami współżycia społecznego.
3.3. Użytkownik zobowiązuje się nie wykorzystywać Quizu w sposób sprzeczny z prawem, dobrymi obyczajami lub obowiązującymi przepisami.
4 Dane użytkownika i prywatność
4.1. Quiz nie wymaga żadnej formy logowania ani podawania danych identyfikujących użytkownika (np. imię, nazwisko, e-mail).
4.2. Quiz nie stosuje mechanizmów śledzących użytkowników (trackingu) ani analityki zbierającej dane osobowe lub behawioralne w celu identyfikacji uczestników.
4.3. Wykorzystywanie plików cookie lub podobnych technologii może być ograniczone wyłącznie do funkcjonowania serwisu (np. utrzymanie sesji) i nie jest ukierunkowane na profilowanie użytkownika.
5 Prawa autorskie i zasady korzystania
5.1. Kod źródłowy i treści edukacyjne quizu stanowią utwór w rozumieniu ustawy o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych.
5.2. Autorskie prawa osobiste do kodu i treści należą do ich autorek, tj. członkiń Koła Naukowego ZPS.
5.3. Koło Naukowe posiada prawo do korzystania z kodu i materiałów w ramach projektu oraz ich publikacji w serwisie.
5.4. Wszystkie elementy Quizu – w tym treści, grafiki, układ – stanowią własność Organizatora lub zostały wykorzystane za zgodą właścicieli praw autorskich.
5.5. Zabrania się kopiowania, rozpowszechniania, modyfikowania lub wykorzystywania Quizu lub jego części do celów komercyjnych bez uprzedniej pisemnej zgody Organizatora.
6 Zasady uczestnictwa w Quizie
6.1. Uczestnictwo w quizie odbywa się poprzez interaktywny formularz dostępny na stronie periodprojectquiz.com. Użytkownik udziela odpowiedzi, wybierając jedną z dostępnych opcji.
6.2. Po udzieleniu odpowiedzi użytkownik potwierdza ją za pomocą przycisku „Dalej”. Transmisja odpowiedzi odbywa się automatycznie i nie wymaga podawania danych osobowych.
6.3. Odpowiedzi użytkowników są przetwarzane wyłącznie w celu wyświetlenia wyniku, nie są używane ani przetwarzane do tworzenia statystyk zbiorczych.
6.4. Organizator nie przechowuje odpowiedzi w sposób pozwalający na ustalenie tożsamości użytkownika ani w żaden inny sposób co jest jednoznaczne z faktem, że odpowiedzi nie są udostępniane podmiotom trzecim, nie służą profilowaniu ani celom komercyjnym.
6.5. Quiz działa w pełni po stronie przeglądarki użytkownika. Odpowiedzi udzielane podczas rozwiązywania Quizu są przetwarzane wyłącznie lokalnie - w pamięci skryptu - i służą jedynie do obliczenia i wyświetlenia wyniku. Odpowiedzi nie są wysyłane do żadnego serwera, nie są zapisywane, nie są archiwizowane, nie są profilowane ani nie są w żaden sposób udostępniane Organizatorowi lub podmiotom trzecim. Po zamknięciu strony wszystkie odpowiedzi zostają automatycznie utracone.
7 Wyłączenie odpowiedzialności
7.1. Quiz udostępniany jest „tak, jak jest” („as is”), bez gwarancji co do jego dostępności, poprawności treści, kompletności lub przydatności.
7.2. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za skutki decyzji lub działań podjętych w oparciu o treści Quizu.
7.3. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za przerwy w działaniu serwisu, utratę danych, złe funkcjonowanie Quizu z przyczyn technicznych lub związanych z dostępem do Internetu.
8 Zmiany regulaminu
8.1. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do wprowadzania zmian w niniejszym Regulaminie.
8.2. O zmianach Regulaminu użytkownicy nie będą informowani indywidualnie - obowiązują one od momentu ich opublikowania w serwisie periodprojectquiz.com.
9 Zasady uczestnictwa w Quizie
9.1. Uczestnictwo w quizie odbywa się poprzez interaktywny formularz dostępny na stronie periodprojectquiz.com. Użytkownik udziela odpowiedzi, wybierając jedną z dostępnych opcji.
9.2. Po udzieleniu odpowiedzi użytkownik potwierdza ją za pomocą przycisku „Dalej”. Transmisja odpowiedzi odbywa się automatycznie i nie wymaga podawania danych osobowych.
9.3. Odpowiedzi użytkowników są przetwarzane wyłącznie w celu wyświetlenia wyniku, nie są używane ani przetwarzane do tworzenia statystyk zbiorczych.
9.4. Organizator nie przechowuje odpowiedzi w sposób pozwalający na ustalenie tożsamości użytkownika ani w żaden inny sposób co jest jednoznaczne z faktem, że odpowiedzi nie są udostępniane podmiotom trzecim, nie służą profilowaniu ani celom komercyjnym.
10 Postanowienia końcowe
10.1. Regulamin podlega prawu Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.
10.2. W przypadku, gdyby jakiekolwiek postanowienie Regulaminu okazało się nieważne lub niewykonalne, pozostałe postanowienia pozostają w mocy.
10.3. Korzystanie z Quizu oznacza, że użytkownik zapoznał się z Regulaminem i akceptuje jego warunki.

1 Organiser and project background
1.1. The website periodprojectquiz.com and the educational quiz made available on it are a project of the Student Scientific Association for Social Project Management (ZPS), operating at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Wrocław, which acts as the owner and administrator of the project.
1.2. The quiz was developed as part of the “PERIOD.” project, whose aim is to open a conversation about health, equity, and the everyday experiences of people who menstruate.
1.3. As part of the implementation of the project, the owner of the Quiz and the periodprojectquiz.com website is the ZPS Student Association, which manages the project and its publication on the website.
2 Scope of activity
2.1. The quiz is purely informational and educational in nature.
2.2. Participation in the Quiz does not involve the possibility of winning a prize, obtaining financial benefits or taking part in a contest – the Quiz does not constitute a draw, lottery, or gambling game.
2.3. The website is educational and non-commercial in nature.
3 Conditions of use
3.1. Using the Quiz means acceptance of these Terms.
3.2. The user undertakes to use the Quiz in accordance with its purpose and with general principles of social coexistence.
3.3. The user undertakes not to use the Quiz in a manner contrary to the law, good practice, or applicable regulations.
4 User data and privacy
4.1. The Quiz does not require any form of login or provision of data identifying the user (e.g. name, surname, e-mail).
4.2. The Quiz does not use tracking mechanisms or analytics that collect personal or behavioural data for the purpose of identifying participants.
4.3. The use of cookies or similar technologies may be limited solely to the functioning of the website (e.g. maintaining a session) and is not aimed at profiling the user.
5 Copyright and rules of use
5.1. The Quiz source code and educational content constitute a work within the meaning of the Polish Act on Copyright and Related Rights.
5.2. Moral rights to the code and content belong to their authors, i.e. members of the ZPS Student Association.
5.3. The Student Association has the right to use the code and materials within the project and to publish them on the website.
5.4. All elements of the Quiz – including content, graphics, and layout – are the property of the Organiser or have been used with the consent of the copyright holders.
5.5. It is prohibited to copy, distribute, modify or use the Quiz or any part of it for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Organiser.
6 Rules of participation in the Quiz
6.1. Participation in the Quiz takes place through an interactive form available on the website periodprojectquiz.com. The user gives answers by selecting one of the available options.
6.2. After giving an answer, the user confirms it via the “Next” button. Transmission of answers takes place automatically and does not require the provision of personal data.
6.3. Users’ answers are processed solely for the purpose of displaying the result and are not used or processed to create aggregate statistics.
6.4. The Organiser does not store answers in a manner that would allow the user’s identity to be determined, or in any other way, which also means that answers are not shared with third parties, are not used for profiling, and are not used for commercial purposes.
6.5. The Quiz operates entirely on the user’s browser side. Answers given while completing the Quiz are processed only locally – in the script’s memory – and serve solely to calculate and display the result. Answers are not sent to any server, not stored, not archived, not profiled, and are in no way made available to the Organiser or third parties. After closing the page, all answers are automatically lost.
7 Disclaimer of liability
7.1. The Quiz is made available “as is”, without any guarantees as to its availability, correctness, completeness or usefulness.
7.2. The Organiser is not liable for the consequences of decisions or actions taken on the basis of the Quiz content.
7.3. The Organiser is not liable for interruptions in the functioning of the website, loss of data, or malfunctions of the Quiz resulting from technical reasons or internet access issues.
8 Amendments to the Terms
8.1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms.
8.2. Users will not be informed individually of any amendments – they apply from the moment they are published on the periodprojectquiz.com website.
